For customers on Hutte’s Partner plan or Enterprise plan, Hutte allows you set up SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) for your entire organization.

For admins, this enables you to manage the Hutte sign-in and authentication process for each of your team members through your SSO provider.

For users, once set up, you’ll be able to simply click on the Hutte tile on your SSO dashboard, and you’ll be automatically authenticated and logged in to Hutte, without needing to manage any login information.

Configuring SAML Single Sign On

To set up SAML authentication for your Hutte account, follow these steps:

1. First, you’ll need to configure a new SAML application in your identity provider (such as Google or Microsoft). </aside>

1. During that configuration process, you’ll be asked to provide some URLs from Hutte’s side. Use the URLs that you’ll find directly below these steps. </aside>

1. Set up the NameID to match with the member's email. </aside>

1. Fill in the URL fields in the ”Configuration” section on the SAML Single Sign On page in your Hutte settings, directly below this section. You’ll get the required URLs from your identity provider. </aside>

1. Set the ”Enable SAML authentication” toggle to “On” and click “Save”. </aside>

1. Copy and share the ”Hutte single sign on URL” with your team members so they can use it sign in to your Hutte account through your identity provider. </aside>
