If you’d like to remove a member from your organization (for example, if they left your company or you’d like to free up a seat in you Hutte plan) there are two ways to do it.

Pausing (deactivating) a member

<aside>

Pausing (deactivating) a member from your organization will remove them from your active seats on your Hutte plan, but it will keep their login details and settings saved.

You can reinstate a deactivated user at any time to restore their access.

This is a good option to manage a member who doesn’t need access to Hutte now, but will in the future. This might be due to something like maternity leave, or maybe the member is simply no longer needed on this project, but will be needed for a future project.

Removing a member from your organization

Deleting a member from your organization will remove them, their login information, and settings completely.

This is the best option for a member that you are absolutely sure will not need to use your Hutte organization in the future, such as an employee that has left your company.
