If you’d like to delegate the project setup portion of your Hutte plan to a different user, you can easily do so at no extra cost.

Adding a member in the integration manager role will allow that member to set up your Hutte project by linking to a Salesforce Org and a Git repository.

To invite an integration manager to your Hutte organization, you must have Admin permissions.

  1. To get started, click on the “Members” tab in the top navigation bar. </aside>

  1. There, you’ll see a list of all the members currently in your organization, including member invitations that haven’t been accepted yet. </aside>

  1. In the top right corner, you’ll see the “Invite Integration Manager” button. Click on it to open a dialogue box. </aside>

  1. Here, enter the email address of the integration manager you’d like to invite, and select the name of the project you’d like them to help you set up. Then, click “Send Invite.” </aside>

  1. The member will receive an email within a few minutes with an account activation link. Clicking on that link will take them to the account setup screen. </aside>

  1. Here, they can create their Hutte account. Once done, they’ll be added to your Hutte project, where they’ll see the two project setup steps in the Project Settings. </aside>

  1. The new member will be added with the “integration manager” role. You can easily change a member’s role using the commands in the drop down menu next to their name. </aside>

  1. An integration manager will only have access to your project’s setup steps, where they can link the project to a Salesforce Organization and a Git repository, or add one or more Deployment Target Orgs. </aside>
