If you’re on Hutte’s Partner plan, you can invite your customers to a Hutte project and help them set it up. This feature is especially useful for consultancies and SI partners.

Inviting a customer to Hutte

- To start, click on the “Invite Customer” button on your Organization’s main dashboard.

- This will open a dialogue window where you can define your desired settings for your customer’s project.

- Project type: Here, you can choose which type of project you’d like to create for your customer, a Scratch Org or a Sandbox.
- Invitee company name: Enter the name of your customer’s company.
- Invitee project name: Enter the name of the project you’re creating for your customer.
- Invitee email address: The project invitation will be sent to the email address that you enter here.
- Project admin: This is the user from your organization who will be the project admin for your customer’s project. By default, this will be set to you, the user who is sending the invite, but you can easily change it to a different user.

Managing invitations

You can monitor sent invitations and their acceptance status under the “Invitations” tab on your Organization’s main dashboard.
